FILMING THE INTERPRETATION DVD
THE LIFE OF ROBERT TOPPYS-
The Mediaeval Trust was asked to provide personnel, costumes and props suitable for an Interpretation DVD to be filmed at Dragon Hall in Norwich in January 2006, on the life and times of Robert Toppes, merchant/owner of the hall.
Special thanks to all those who attended, especially Neil & Vicky who made the journey suffering from the vilest flu symptoms and had to spend the entire weekend in their hotel room feeling rotten. Also many thanks to Luciano & Alberto from Italy who made the trip and it was great to meet them and promote International relations.
The DVD was filmed and produced professionally by Resolution DV of Manchester, and lasts 6 minutes. It plays constantly on a loop system in the interpretation gallery, which means we get a mention every 6 minutes in the credits! It’s very good- here are some pictures of the filming unfolding.
